Ref artwork - press halo

For small assets with little target areas (user finger obstructs view) need to add in a press state to give user feedback it is working properly.

Asset >Fab4Skin >images >Song_progress_bar >SP_bar_touch >halo_press.png

This is one of several bugs that have to do with general skinning on Sliders. I think this will require some work on the C side to give a pressed behavior on the widget.
