I think this one got left out, Sounds & Effects should be an app right?

This is a weird one.  If Sounds & Effects is gone, does the device work properly?  I'm thinking of alarm clock etc.  If so, yeah we can put it in the "utilities" category.

Why would you want to remove it?  It's useful apart from alarm sounds.  Utilities sounds like a good place for it.
