The RadioTime Presets menu item is appearing in all SP based products, even thou a valid RadioTime Account has NOT been set via SN.

This menu item will then 'stall out' (displaying spiny until canceled) if selected.

Should RadioTime Presets only be displayed under the RadioTime app?  It 
probably should be removed from the Internet Radio menu, right?

The presets menu should only appear in the RadioTime app now.

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
