very simple, single "dot" or circle on screen.  Dot is RED (or circle is blank) until it recognizes an IR button command where the dot turns GREEN only for as long as the IR remote button is pressed, returns to RED (or blank circle) when button is released.

Obviously, like the Baby Keypad Diag, the Baby must not activate that IR remote command while in Remote Diag.

Great way to determine if the IR remote is:
-  broken
-  bad key/button
-  needs batteries
