From CAT tester with Baby firmware r6756:

Touch Screen Gestures - There is an option to configure/enable this option but the screen is not touch screen, so I am not sure why it is provided. Is there any plan to provide this in future? I would suggest that make the entire right panel touchscreen and get away with all the buttons.

Removed from Baby - Baby does not have a touchscreen.
