Display of menu titles is pretty broken, also broken on ip3k.  Need to add support for a specific title attribute that overrides the previous menu's title.

Some type=text items are broken and allow you to enter them when they should bump.  Some work fine.  Not sure what causes it.

Need to add support for type=textarea, only shown on SP, and in the textarea style.

Mostly fixed, one outstanding SP bug (bug 13052) with the title of the input screen.

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
