I wanted to document my observations when you turned up the volume with a PB2 Baby Boom with firmware r6758.

With volume at around 75, I start hearing the music distortion increasing. Below that volume setting, the audible distortion sounds consistent. At full volume of 100, the audible distortion of the music is much higher than at 75 and sounds unpleasant.

I'm holding Baby Boom to the same standards as Boom, where the audible distortion was held consistent at all volume settings, and at volume of 100 the distortion that was audible was not significantly higher than at lower volume settings.

Mickey, please try to reproduce on PA5. I can't reproduce this problem.

On a PVT unit, it appears that Baby's cabinet starts vibrating at that volume setting. It wasn't as bad as it was with an older unit. AFAIK, this is the primary source of the audible distortion.

Not sure what can be done at this time, so I am closing this one.
