There don't appear to be any icons for the Digital Inputs menu on a Transporter.  I've got digital inputs on the home screen when fab4 is controlling my transporter and it's the only entry without an icon.

On a related note, the lack of an icon besides an entry makes it look like a header.  Maybe a shim is needed for the case of missing icons so that the text is at least in line with other entries?

we've got a different bug to handle the "shim" issue-- basically items from SC that come over without an icon and without an SP-side icon need a fallback icon so that doesn't happen.
