When a playlist gets to the end, it cycles back to the start.  When this
happens, the display should (and used to) show "Stopped".  Instead it now
displays "Now Playing (1 of x).  Best I can tell, 'playout-stop' doesn't seem to
get to playmode 'stop' so the display doesn't know its stopped.

This is also affecting the browser refresh.

There are 536 bugs in the database with targets of '---' that were fixed prior to new year 2006.  I am setting them to targets of 6.2.1 to keep them from showing up in my queries.
