Right edge of the sel. menu box, titlebar dropdown bkgrd, etc. should be 5px from scrollbar.  Correct padding is already built into scrollbar asset.  

The scrollbar is 10px wide with 5px of padding built onto either side of the asset.  Assets are intended to butt up against edge for correct alignment and spacing.

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed.  Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
