In "App Gallery,"  please implement the final list of categories and apps as shown in the spec.

Filtering by country is not factored in here, I 'don't have that list.  Some notes though:

- I've alphabetized the lists in English.  I am ok with re-alphabetizing depending on language.

- Obviously these apps need to be filtered by country availability.

- If, due to lack of availability in a certain country/region, there are ZERO apps available in a given category, PLEASE DO NOT DISPLAY THAT CATEGORY in that country/region.

Oh, of course there also needs to be an "All Apps" category as well.

change 6679 - apps are now filtered by categorie, empty categories (if no app is available eg. in some country) are hidden

This bug has been fixed in the latest release of MySqueezebox.com (formally known as SqueezeNetwork)!
