Ticket # 090630-001668

Windows XP
Widnows Vista
SqueezeCenter 7.3.3
SB Classic, Duet, Boom

Symptom:

When trying to play WMA files on SqueezeCenter 7.3.3, file does not play.

Workaround:

Disable Windows Media Player Native playback in SqueezeCenter, and the song plays.

Please use attached file. I was able to duplicate issue, and use workaround here.

Thanks,

LaRon

What type of player was being used?

Duh, cannot read properly. Sorry.
Comment 4 Alan Young 2009-07-17 04:53:38 UTC
It looks like that is a WMAPro file, which is not supported by the players. The correct workaround is to use transcoding by disabling native playback.
