Moving to 9 tile assets will allow more freedom for artwork creation and proper alignment of highlighted items for top/bottom of lists.

This is bug applies cross_platform.

Description: use correct assets for context menu selection box
fab4 remote skin is not to spec, but it's so far off I'm not going to worry about it in the context of this bug

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
