Sample flac file from the customer

A customer sent me the following file. The file details/properties show that there is a sample size, but it does not show up in SqueezeCenter or the player interface.

I filed this as a tagging bug, but I'm sure it has nothing to do with tagging.

This bug has been marked as fixed in the 7.4.0 release version of SqueezeBox Server!
