Ref artwork - muted popup

The progress indicator should not have any fill (white pill) shown when muted. Keeping the background asset is fine, however, nothing should be shown on top. In addition, we have a "mute" icon. We should use it if possible. Attachment to follow...

This bug would apply cross_platform.

Matt-Can you set the priority level on this you see fit?

I'm punting this to Tom and retargetting for 7.4. Making the slider asset go away at zero is not something we currently have a facility for at the Lua level.

Tom-- to make this work as well as the other type of slider (e.g., progress bar on Now Playing), I think we need to have a Slider widget option for hiding the fill at 0.

this is an administrative shuffle on priority fields to help make better judgment on the top end of the priority list. P4->P5, P3->P4, and P2->P3.

7.4.x milestone is in the past

Tom is no longer available to us

Unassigned bugs cannot have a priority.
