When using the Touchless Fab4 (IR only) there is no way to select the "Help" Icon when presented with a screen that needs help.

Unlike the Baby, there is no 'help' menu option.  We need to add a way for touchless Fab4 to select help dialogs

Yes, Fab4 IR should behave like baby in this case.  Top-level back and help buttons should go away, and "help" options should be at the bottom of the screen, like baby.

Text-entry screens that had a help button option have already been dealt with on baby in another bug; this behavior should be the same on fab4.
