Description James Richardson 2009-07-07 15:51:13 UTC
Settings > Aduio > Crossfade / Vol Adjust want me to connect to a Local Server to adjust those settings.

When connected to SN, these audio settings are invalid?
Comment 1 James Richardson 2009-07-07 21:53:33 UTC
If the option is not valid for MySB.com, then we should remove it from the menu
Comment 2 Wadzinski Tom 2009-07-14 12:03:46 UTC
Design plan, when switching servers from A to B, got build up the list of items unique to A and remove those menu items
Comment 3 Wadzinski Tom 2009-07-15 12:16:57 UTC
Also, this fix should look at player to player changes and SC to SC changes to menus as well.

Moving to the product SqueezePlay because this bug appears to apply to any
player based on that application code. Feel free to move it back if it's
specific to the single original product.

Reset priority before triage.
Comment 6 Wadzinski Tom 2009-08-19 05:53:49 UTC
This actually only applies to server changes not player changes. When palayers
change, all server-feed menus are detroyed (and all server screensavers are
unregistered)

This actually only applies to server changes not player changes. When players change, all server-feed menus are destroyed (and all server screensavers are unregistered).

A part of autoswitch is to offer options that one server has that the other doesn't, but that logic only makes sense for service offerings not server-fed device settings.
Comment 8 Wadzinski Tom 2009-08-21 08:37:06 UTC
xfade and other settings are all also available via SN, so the "setting on one but not the other server" part isn't valid. I no longer can reproduce the stated issue, so I'm marking works for me.
