Description Eric Schurr 2004-01-08 18:45:17 UTC
it would be cool if SlimServer and/or Squeeze Box could take advantage of
iTunes volume and EQ settings for each song. Often times a song will be
louder/softer than other songs and it would be cool if SS/SB could read those
settings and use them. Then the volume of all songs would be the same. Or
perhaps there is a different (more clever) way to normalize all song volumes.

Squeezebox is great! i've already convinced a few friends to buy one, too!

Related to bug 30 (https://bugs-archive.lyrion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=30). The bottom
line is that there's more iTunes metadata that we could read and record.

Moving bugs that won't be immediately fixed in 6.1 release. Please review and update if this is an error
or if this bug has already been fixed. Thanks.
