Icons should scale based on whether the item is selected or non.  Non selected icons should use "icon_wireless_X_off.png" (off indicating not selected).  Selected items use "icon_wireless_X_sel.png"

If scaling is not feasible for MPQ please use smaller assets ("off") for both non and selected items rather than all selected (big icons).
