this is going to require some work in C by Tom. Tom knows what's up with this bug, but the basics of it are we need support in textinput skinning for a wheelMask asset in order to meet the design spec for baby. this is an MPQ bug.
we now have three layer asset support for the textinput wheel
These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed. Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
