The info popups that occur at the bottom of the screen are not clickable, and are very difficult to notice. If you get lucky enough to see it, you still cant click on them to get more information. Perhaps a real pop-up with some action-able buttons would be better. Especially in this case:

Plugins have been updated - Restart Required

Or another that I saw was "Plugin updates available".... well how do I update, etc?
