Connect via Digital TOSlink to a Marantz 8200. Wireless access point is a 
Netgear WGR614v2.  Server is running on a  P3.6 with windows XP.  

SB2 Turns off when slimserver connection is lost.  Can't get time to display 
or music to play from internet without the slimeserver being connected.

This is expected behavior.  SlimServer provides all the UI needed.  We'll be launching SqueezeNetwork 
in a couple of weeks that will let you do both of those things via the Internet.
