Customer likes to see these features in SB Boom regarding the line-in:

a)  He would welcome a separate audio profile (treble/bass/stereo-mode/etc.) for the line input. He keeps having to turn the bass down when using line-in.
b) He  would like to see the screen's VU-meter work for the line input.
c) He  would like a way of muting line-input temporarily, since my external source does not have a mute.

The reasons he  asks for these features is because he use his squeezebox boom to provide audio output for his slingcatcher media streamer which is connected to a speaker-less monitor.

All new Squeezebox products are likely to be based on the SqueezePlay platform.
We do not plan to implement any further enhancements to the ip3k firmware or
which are targeted specifically at ip3k-based products.
