mp3 to mp3 and flac to flac are both built-in and transcoded formats depending
on operating conditions.  to avoid confusions, mp3 to mp3 transcoding line was
hidden from the web UI in 5.x versions and earlier.  Due to naming changes,
these were now exposed again.  I'll attach a patch shortly to hide them again
for 6.0.  If this isn't the desired plan, then we should remove the lines of
code that hid the old style convert lines.
