Ticket #090624-000405 Windows XP SP3 SC 7.3.3 official Customer receiver the PERL error "The procedure entry point Perl_sv_2iv_flags could not be located in the dynamic link library perl58.dll." I had him update PERL from the following link, and it did not help. http://downloads.activestate.com/ActivePerl/Windows/5.10/ActivePerl-5.10.0.1005-MSWin32-x86-290470.msi Configured McAfee Security to Permit both Inbound and Outbound Access for the follwing following: SqueezeCenter.exe Scanner.exe SqueezeTray.exe The problem disappeared. Per this information, I wonder if it is the systemtray.exe causing this issue, since SqueezeCenter does start, and also the Scanner.exe is running, even witht the Perl error. Thanks, LaRon Thanks, LaRon
Michael: isn't this a dupe of another bug? I know I've seen it discussed on the forums bug can't find the reference bug now
