I generally dislike sound effects on devices, and turn them off when I can. They do have their uses, though, and I would like to have audible confirmation that the SBC has made a good contact when I place it in the charging cradle. Settings > Advanced > Sound Effects > Charging sounds like a good plan, but unfortunately this means there's a sound effect at bootup and shutdown as well. Please could you separate the bootup/shutdown sounds from the charging sound.

Maybe there's already an option to change the bootup/shutdown sounds? They wouldn't be so annoying if they were like the discreet "biddleoop" charging sound, rather than the Windows Orchestra.

Using the latest release, 7.3 r6038, as shown by Settings > Advanced > About.
