Noweb-sqlite branch.  The Directory Scan and one or two other of the scanning passes pass aren't displayed during or after a scan.

Following change 27274, which checked in some missing strings, it's a little better, but there's still no Directory Scan information displayed.  It's a little hard to tell with the shorter passes of the scan, but it doesn't appear that progress for any of them are actually updated during the pass, only after they've completed.

Moving 7.4 bugs to 8.0.

No longer valid. Scanning progress information changes with every new version of the server.
