r6255 the cant connect error page is formatted incorrectly, all the text is at the bottom of the screen

Found this on many pages now, the email/password invalid screen as well

for the help text, menu:setHeaderWidget() now needs to be used in these cases instead of window:addWidget()

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed.  Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
