Current asset for background on Connecting, Finding Networks, etc. has transparency.  Need to point to:

QVGASkin >Landscape >images >Alerts >bb_popup_fullscreen_100

Noah, can I fill with a non-transparent black background instead of using a graphic for this? That way I can use the same treatment for portrait and landscape skins...

r6227 has a non-transparent black background for popups in QVGA skins. If it's acceptable to fill the background with non-trapnsparent black, this bug can close.

Ben- Sounds good.  I do not see the background for this template changing in the near future.  Using the exact same method for port. and land. is great!  Attachment looks good...

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed.  Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
