In order to get the system sound effects at a level that is reasonably relative to the music volume, I have to turn the sound effects volume almost all the way down.  At its loudest, the sound effects setting is ridiculously loud, and I can see a lot of users wanting the volume lower than it can currently be set.

In other words, the min and max relative volume of sound effects should be lower...
