Bugzilla – Bug 12500
"Open Squeezebox Server" should probably be "Open Web Control"
Last modified: 2009-10-05 14:37:15 UTC
The menu on the tray tool needs a little rewording. "Open Squeezebox Server" is too vague. Propose "Open Web Control"
change 27219 - change wording and add three dots.
What _is_ "Open Squeezebox Server" in the tray tool??? In the tray app I see: Open Control Panel... ------------------------ Open Squeezebox Server Close Squeezebox Server ------------------------ Exit Does this mean _start_ Squeezebox Server? Because I click it and it doesn't do anything. VERY confusing.
> What _is_ "Open Squeezebox Server" in the tray tool??? In the tray app I see: If you still see this then you're either on a very old 7.4 build or still using trunk instead of the noweb/sqlite branch. This issue has been fixed in that branch only (accidentally).

This issue has been fixed in that > branch only (accidentally). Isn't the Windows installer built from the noweb-sqlite branch? I'm currently running build r27663 from Jul 18, installed (this time) through the update process offered by Squeezetray itself. And that's exactly what I'm seeing in the tray.
Jim - you were right (and me too ;-)). But as I accidentally change the German string instead of the EN you didn't see the new version... Fixed in 27704.
