Just noticed this over the weekend, it wasn't happening before.

I've tried each of the 3 scan options, each more than once.  New tracks are getting added but they only appear if I navigate into "Music Folders" - new playlists are not getting added, and (I think) existing playlists are not getting updated.

Moving all SQLite-related bugs to 8.0.

SQLite bugs need to go back to 7.6 target.
