Fix this by detecting failing power, and shutting down the headphone amp before power fails all the way.

Only necessary when headphones are plugged in.

First, caleb will implement an interrupt in the mcu to signal power fail, then richard will shut down the hp amp at ISR service.  This must be completed quickly (< 50mS or so) to avoid any audio glitches.
