print screen of the error message

Windows XP MCE sp3
Running SbS as a service under different user id
Downloaded nightly
Did NOT stop SbS service
Started Install and answered prompts.
Recieved error about Server\SqueezeSvr.exe being in use so it cannot be changed. It (and any other SbS piece other than the 2 install programs don't seem to be running in the Windows Task Manager.
Retry resulted in the same error message on the same file.

Never noticed this before but SqueezeTray seems to get started by the install and stay running. I tried killing it manually during the install but that didn't have any effect. Also, I'm pretty sure that I saw SbS, itself start/stop during of of the install tests. It was only for a second.
Comment 2 Doug Williams 2009-06-20 07:50:58 UTC
Setting the SbS service to manual and rebooting cleared the problem.

What exact build did you test with?

QA - can you reproduce this with the latest builds? Run the installer while SC, control panel, and/or scanner is running?

I wasn't able to duplicate this yesterday. It was repeatable until I rebooted, apparently, so probably a one-time thing with my environment/particular setup somehow.
