Occasionally I run across an mp3 file that simply refuses to play in squeezecenter. If I try to play it I get no audio and it will skip to the next track very shortly after beginning to play. I can't discern any common qualities that mp3s that do this have. They all will play correctly in other media players.

Attached is an example of a file that doesn't play.

You picked Transcoding, which device are you trying to play this on, exactly?  It plays OK on an SB3 with firmware 127 in 7.3.3.

SB3 firmware 123, SC version 7.3.2.

Let me try updating the firmware, and I'll get back to you.

Ok now I'm at 7.3.3. and firmware 127; still having the same problem.
