Spoke with Ben about this briefly, however, the asset for the progress bar bkgrd and the slider (teal dot) are not correct.  The progress background should be transparent (similar to scroll bar) and the slider should only have a shadow below.  Cross-referenced assets in svn. and verified NOT an artwork problem.  

It appears that there might be assets rendered on top of one another eliminating the transp...

This is NOT an asset artwork problem, it is a problem with the code or the assets they are putting to.  Please reassign accordingly.

At r6968 the progress bar is transparent.

And the slider has a shadow, although this makes no sense to me.  Nothing else on the screen has a shadow and it all appears to float in space above the background.  Having only the slider cast a shadow looks odd.  (note: You'll only see the slider's shadow on a relatively light colored wallpaper).

Noah, can you review and tell me if this is what's intended? This bug is old enough that we need to re-audit.

Ben- Cross-referenced the source artwork with the attachment.  The opacity and color of the prog. bar fill IS correct.  Setting to resolved.

This bug has been marked fixed in a released version of Squeezebox Server or the accompanying firmware or mysqueezebox.com release.
