some notes to myself from a meeting with Noah last week:

icon grows to left not right on 37x37->41x41 selected behavior

make sure nocturne is wallpaper during setup, then encore red/encore (depending on color of baby) after setup is complete. The latter part of the last sentence can be post-MPQ, and there is a separate bug already open on it.

new textinput assets need to be pointed to-- the ideal is that they are layered in 3 layers: teal band first, then text, then overlay treament to create vertical fade in/fade out. Will probably need to consult with Tom about that.

dropdown asset for textarea

default icons needed throughout home menu. Need to work with Tom on that one, as well as on the icon scaling behavior, both of which are problematic given the current skin implementation.

I spoke with Noah on Friday and would like the wallpaper to not change between setup and use. The default should be Encore, and if we can detect a red unit, then it should be Red Encore.

This bug has been identified as one that may not be required for MPQ since it now seems clear that MPQ and MP firmwares will be different. Please comment if you disagree with this assessment. Thanks!

this is good enough now to retarget for MP, and actually there isn't much to do for that goal either other than auditing to make sure what we have up until SN signup looks good.

My assessment is that we're good as far as the skin goes for the needs of MP firmware. I went through setup, including unhappy paths, and the UI looks correct throughout.

These bugs have all been marked resolved and belong to a component which is being removed. Therefore they have been moved to the most applicable of the new components.
