It would be a nice touch to have full or partial support for perl regexps in
searches from the web and/or the remote.

So "^she" in song search would find all songs beginning with "she" and so forth.

Full text searching with some smaller terms can give too many results.

Seems reasonable to me, as long as it doesn't confuse folks...

This is actually rather complex - and I'm hoping that the new "search in
substring" or "search beginning of word" will alleviate this concern.
