Ticket 090601-000863

Windows Vista/XP
SC 7.3.3 fw 6038/61
SqueezeNetwork issue
Squeezebox Duet Hybrid mode & Wireless

Symptom:

When using Media Fly while connected to SqueezeNetwork, the Squeezebox Controller looses connection to SqueezeNetwork and the Player

Steps to recreate issue:

Connect SB Duet to SqueezeNetwork
Go to Music Services>MediaFly>Technology>Twit

It fails to connect, then the Squeezebox Controller looses connectivity to the Squeezebox Receiver and SqueezeNetwork.

Message "Connecting to SqueezeNetwork"

Then takes you to Problem Connecting
Try Again
Choose Music Source

The work around is to turn off the Squeezebox Controller, turn it back on, choose your player, and it will reconnect to SqueezeNetwork.

I am able to reproduce this issue at will. I have recreated the issue here 3 times myself, and the customer has reproduced this 4 times in a row.

Thanks,

LaRon

Error log from Jive

Attached is the error log I generated tonight, I was able to get my controller in a bad state following the instructions provided.
Comment 2 James Richardson 2009-06-12 09:49:06 UTC
Note: Connecting via SqueezeCenter 7.3.3 the show is selectable and playable just fine. It doesn't cause the controller to go into a funky state.
Comment 3 James Richardson 2009-06-12 12:56:24 UTC
Works from the WEB UI
Fails from SqueezePlay UI
Comment 4 Chris Owens 2009-06-15 09:14:38 UTC
This also fails on 7.3.3 using the controller. James says it works *using the web ui* on 7.3.3.

Reset priority before triage.
Comment 6 Andy Grundman 2009-07-28 12:57:22 UTC
Is this still broken?
