MP3 Music Track with Artwork

Andy and Dean,

The attached track has album artwork that does not display properly in SC (Nor on the Player attached to the instance of SC) 7.4 - 26820

The artwork does show up in iTunes, Windows Explorer, and Windows Media Player

Thanks, looks like I have a bug in ID3v2.2 PIC frame parsing.

Fixed in Audio::Scan r327.  libid3tag didn't handle v2.2 PIC frames properly.
