The current situation is silly.

If your receiver gets confused and needs to be factory reset, you then have to reset the controller, loosing all customizations and the wireless setup, inorder to configure the receiver. This even though the controller needs to be reconfigured before it can setup the receiver!

PLEASE add an advanced settings option to search for receivers needing setup.

Marc: doesn't Choose Player work for you?

What fw version is on your Controller

You are right when the receiver is working.

Mine was in a foul state. See
http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=63888
for the story.

So I probably misinterpreted the situation. I suspect I could not have done the final attach in bridged mode without a reset, but maybe that's in the noise.
