Following discussion on campfire, for remote streams it would be good to be able to use the album and artist text fields for reform text which describes the stream.  This should avoid by and from being added to these lines of text.  They should also scroll and be able to be updated on a regular basis so any real time meta data which is not artist/album related can be shown.
