Server.log

As discussed here (http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=63770) when playing internet radio, last.fm or napster tracks, the playlist does not load into the right hand side of the web interface. There is just a spinny circle and "Loading" - which means I can't clear the playlist from the web interface other than by adding a new local track.

I'm running firefox with noscript, and have tried clearing the cache and restarting as well as fully allowing SC but no improvement.

Michael Herger reviewed the attached log and has identified the culprit as:

[09-05-26 11:07:12.7679] Slim::Networking::IO::Select::__ANON__ (113)
Error: Select task failed calling Slim::Web::HTTP::processHTTP: Can't
locate object method "artists" via package "Slim::Schema::RemotePlaylist"
at /<C:\PROGRA~1\SQUEEZ~3\server\SQUEEZ~1.EXE>Slim/Music/TitleFormatter.pm
line 138.

This is not a web UI bug, but some change in the remote playlist handling.

Alan - did you add this or Andy?

I cannot actually reproduce this but I can see a problem with the missing artists() method. Perhaps the problem can only be recreated with noscript.

Well, that would be QA's to reproduce ;-)

I don't think it is a noscript issue - I disabled that addon in firefox before I reported the bug (and cleared the cache) and in any event, I see the same behaviour in IE7.

There are a few errors in the Firefox error console - would they help?

It's always good to have log files. Though the server.log snippet is more
important.
