Customer reported:
When I add
all albums or add all songs with shuffle by album turned on, the same
album is always first.  Subsequent albums are always random.  Is this
expected behavior?  Am I doing something wrong.  The album that is
always first is the one with the first (alphabetically) artist.

Come to think of it...is this undesired behavior?  Seems to me like it wouldn't omit the fact that the 
currently playing album is already playing.  What do you think Dean?  Should we just close this one out?

If you load up a playlist and have shuffle by album on, you'd expect it to start on the first track of a 
random album.  this it doesn't do.  If you are currently playing a track, then reshuffling shouldn't affect 
the track you are playing.

clearing the privacy flags on this..and case anyone at large might feel inspired
to offer up a patch :)

r2533 fixes this.  confirmed with r2539 on win2k
