Customer reporting problem connecting to Sirius. 
Occasionally he gets the message "Sirius Error" and he would not be able to access his Sirius account.
He is connecting SN directly  
He can access other SN stations without any problem.
He contacted Sirius and they indicated to him that the problem is not their anymore. 
Andy, what trace would help in this situation, and if you need the customer email address to check his SN account we need to make  the bug private.

What is the exact error message?

Customer says the display shows "Sirius error 1 0f 2" as he recalls.
He will be going to Florida on a business trip for 3 days.
He  will try to get  more info on the error when he returns.
