build-perl-modules.pl fails to compile on Ubuntu 8.04.1 due to missing AutoXS::Header per module.

This is with the nowweb_sqlite branch, but I'm guessing that it might be the same with trunk.

The solution described in this thread manually adding AutoXS::Header to CPAN seems to solve the issue:

I didn't get it to compile when adding it to build-perl-modules.pl

Shouldn't it be part of CPAN or downloaded and built with build-perl-modules.pl if it's required ?
