I think this only makes sense after 11783 is fixed, otherwise SN registration 
would be lost

Does this bug handle the case where the user does not want to register on SN at all?  I think "successfully connected to SC" here only means what is specified in bug 11783 which means that SC must have an SN account.  If it doesn't, the user still has to register on SN.

- During setup, offer Music Source choices if SN not available for registration.
- Complete setup when SC is selected.
