PartnerAccountInactiveError is not user friendly

The error that comes up when a user's credit card is expired (on the Sirius side) is shown as: PartnerAccountInactiveError on Squeezebox. Should be something more friendly.
Do we know that the credit card has expired in this case, or just that there is an account-related problem? Sounds like we need a solution for this that goes beyond the SIRIUS case?
All we get back is a generic Sirius error, nothing we can do on our end.
How about we put in something like 'Contact Sirius Support' anytime we get a ""generic"" error?
Punting bugs that won't make it for the next release.
