I haven't changed the MP3 seeking code, so this should be as good or bad as
before. We're doing some guessing about frame boundaries...maybe we could do better.

Kevin: can you clarify this?  Is this significantly worse than SB1?

i went to try this with SB1 to see if it sounded any different but when i try to
ffwd this sb1 it doesn't ffwd, uh.

SB1 and SB2 are both fast forwarding fine for me.  (SB2 might be a little squeekier than SB1 on skips, 
but acceptably so.)  Kevin: can you try again?
