TinySC should be running all the time, but in the case that it's needed to be killed, the setting in the SC applet should be saved.

See the ssh applet for an example of how this works.

This is really part of the TinySC settings-UI work described somewhere on the Fab4 wiki.

Ben, I cannot find an open bug for the TinySC settings-UI work (I'm sure that there was one) so I'm passing this to you for the moment. We may need to split this into two items.
